Performance Under Sail
While the Sunsail 424 is designed for maximum comfort, it also excels in performance. We successfully test sailed it in extreme conditions, with gusts over 40 knots, off the coast of South Africa where it was built. Like all Leopard catamarans, the Sunsail 424 is sturdy, seaworthy, and performs exceptionally well both under sail and motor, thanks to its two powerful 45hp YANMAR engines. These features, along with a camera fitted at the fore, make the Sunsail 424 a pleasure to maneuver in ports.
